About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Advisor Solutions Manager to join our national team. In this role, you will deliver proactive and reactive sales support to our selected advisors, forming strong working relationships and advocacy with all regions and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with advisors and internal teams to drive productivity and sales growth.
- Triage incoming requests and ensure timely response times to meet the needs of our advisors.
- Support advisors in accessing PPI's tools and resources to elevate their business.
- Maintain a high degree of industry and product knowledge to stay current on industry trends and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other Advisor Solutions Managers to leverage strengths and provide a seamless support experience for advisors.
- Engage in actions that reflect and align with PPI's ESG commitments to our advisors, clients, and employees.
Requirements:
- 5 years of financial services industry experience in a sales or sales support role.
- College diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Current life license or working towards.
- Excellent English and French language skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills in virtual environments.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships in multiple regions.
- Ability to adhere to compliance legislation and guidelines.
- Knowledge of financial services industry and aptitude for adapting to new technologies.
