Strategic Account Technical Advisor

The Red Hat Sales organization is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Technical Advisor to provide technical leadership and guidance to customers across all phases of the customer lifecycle, from value definition to value recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and mitigate technical sales blockers.
- Design and deliver customized solutions to meet customers' business objectives.
- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to customers.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for expansion or upselling.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in French & English.
- 10+ years of experience as a sales engineer, consultant, IT architect, or an equivalent role within enterprise accounts.
- Strong technical background with experience in solution architecture, consultative selling, and complete sales process management.
- Foundational level knowledge of Red Hat's portfolio of products and an advanced level of knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ansible, OpenShift, Cloud, and DevOps.
