Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the principal point of contact between senior stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and decision makers to uncover, map, and assess institutional needs, challenges, and gaps in patient care within oncology.
- Collaborate with internal functions to meet the identified needs of key institutions.
- Develop strategic plans for key accounts to meet mutual priorities supporting unmet patient and/or healthcare system needs.
- Stay informed on health system and government policies to understand system-level barriers and inform business plans.
- Partner with institutional systems to remove barriers to new treatment adoption and optimize centre readiness.

- Support the development of standardized processes and efficient referral pathways to support innovation and optimize capacity within a region.
- Mobilize resources to support key accounts by bringing in appropriate resources to address access and reimbursement challenges.
