Pension Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Consultant to join our team at LifeWorks. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will leverage your expertise in pension plan consulting to develop long-term strategic plans for our clients' defined benefits pension schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive and thoughtful consulting to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships and delivering integrative solutions.
- Lead and influence internal and external stakeholders, providing a higher level of actuarial consulting to address complex business challenges.
- Drive business growth for our consulting practice by identifying new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pension landscape, including risk assessment, financial projections, and pension plan evaluation.
- 10+ years of experience in pension plan consulting.
- Solid understanding of various pension schemes and actuarial standards of practice within the Public and Private sectors.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial markets, and industry developments and emerging trends related to the pension industry.
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills, ensuring high-quality deliverables while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French (proficiency in English is an added advantage).
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
