Senior Sales Director

Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and success. As a Lead Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading a high-performance sales team to deliver on all business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a structured business management system to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders to understand their business needs and create value.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience in a dynamic, highly competitive technology environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Excellent business and financial acumen.
- Strong planning and operations skills, including the ability to grow existing and new offerings for Lenovo.
- Proven success leading quota-carrying sales teams with a demonstrated achievement in delivering on qualitative and quantitative growth objectives.
Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual (French and English) is considered a strong asset.
- Extensive travel required (~75%).
- Strong technology acumen focused in the areas of infrastructure solutions, intelligent devices, smart verticals, and IT services.
