Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at 2588636 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage cash handling and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Plan, organize, and direct daily operations, evaluating performance and implementing improvements as needed.
We are committed to supporting newcomers and refugees in their transition to Canada. As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in recruiting and supporting individuals who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster.
- Recruit and onboard newcomers and refugees, providing them with the necessary support and resources.
- Assist with foreign credential recognition, helping individuals to obtain the necessary certifications and qualifications.
