We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Specialist to support the growth and education of young children in a nurturing environment at beBee Professionals in Timmins, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging educational programs tailored to the needs of young children.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and organized learning environment that fosters curiosity and exploration.
  • Monitor and assess children's developmental progress, identifying areas of strength and improvement.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop personalized learning plans and ensure a supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized classroom that promotes a sense of community and belonging.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Valid certification in Early Childhood Education in Canada.
  • Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
  • Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
