- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, including preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Human Resources: Provide support with human resources tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Technology: Manage our office technology, including computers, software, and other equipment.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Word.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
