Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Okotoks Suds Car & Truck Wash. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and inventory management.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain budgetary controls.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Train staff on new procedures and policies.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve conflict situations in a professional and respectful manner.
- 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
