About the RoleAs an intern in our Agribusiness Office, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment. You will work closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as administration, finance, human resources, marketing, customer service, information technology, and logistics and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Contribute to financial analysis and reporting.
- Support human resources initiatives, including recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Develop marketing materials and assist with social media campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement new systems.
- Assist in logistics and supply chain management, including inventory management and shipping and receiving.
- Enrolled in a degree or diploma program related to the agriculture industry, such as agribusiness, agricultural sciences, business and economics, engineering, information technology, or software development.
- Experience or background in the agriculture industry is an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
