Job Description

The Role:

As a Management Trainee at EMCO Corporation, you will embark on a comprehensive 5-phased program to gain in-depth knowledge of our business operations. This includes shipping and receiving, counter sales, operations management, employee development, and more. You will develop a sales territory and provide exceptional customer service, receiving guidance and support from experienced managers and teammates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Progress through a structured program to learn various aspects of the business
  • Develop a sales territory and provide world-class customer service

  • University degree or college diploma in any discipline
