Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to play a critical role in enhancing our people development programs across the organization. As a Training Specialist, you will facilitate training events for diverse audiences, develop and deliver engaging training programs, and support the learner/trainee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learner Experience:
    • Design and deliver training programs using various methods, including in-person, virtual, eLearning, and on-the-job coaching.
    • Support learners through communications, tracking progress, assessments, and evaluations.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure effective training delivery.
    • Conduct follow-up meetings to assess knowledge and abilities.
  • Program Delivery and Evaluation:
    • Collaborate with learning partners to identify and implement key performance indicators.
    • Create and present program evaluations and summaries to improve training effectiveness.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training materials.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the learner experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience delivering training programs.
  • Experience using various training methods and technologies.
  • Certificate in Adult Education or related field (an asset).
  • CPHR Designation or Human Resource Management (an asset).
  • Sensitivity to local cultures within a national and international context.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to speak French (considered an asset).
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
