As an Operations Director and Business Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, ensuring financial health, and promoting operational excellence.

Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a dynamic leader with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to all areas of the business, ensuring alignment with our vision, mission, and goals.
  • Supervise and mentor direct reports, including the Human Resources Manager, Operations Manager, and other senior managers.
  • Partner with applicable areas of the business, including Human Resources, Finance, and Communications, to prepare and execute on business objectives.
Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals and bids for new projects.
Financial Management
  • Manage profit and loss statements to ensure financial health and profitability.
  • Develop and oversee annual budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.
  • Conduct financial forecasting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure efficient and effective execution of all projects, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and asset management to minimize downtime and promote operational efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
