Job Summary

The Health Program Management Office Administrator will provide administrative support to the Director and Operations Manager in developing and improving health programs processes and procedures. This role will also assist in coordinating programs and services contract and administrative functions within the Health Project Management Office team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HPMO and HCPR Central Contract Office functions, including the intake of all HCPR tasks, vetting and sharing task information with contract managers, and updating the Applicant Tracking System tool.
  • Collect and present requests and inquiries from contract managers to the DND Procurement office for task changes and amendments.
  • Assist in preparing and interpreting schedules and detailed process plans.
  • Provide exceptional organizational, customer service, written and oral communication skills.

Additional Information

This role requires a college diploma or university degree in a related field or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience working in a project admin or similar role, with experience working in a government and/or private sector contracts environment.
