Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the planning, development, and implementation of public health programs and services, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve strategic objectives. Your expertise in program management, public health policy, and community engagement will drive positive change and improve the health outcomes of Ottawa residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Health, Public Administration, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public health program management, preferably in a municipal setting
  • Proven track record of successful program implementation, budget management, and staff supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
