Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our teachers and students. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks, including supervising students during school and extracurricular activities, assisting with classroom inventory, and monitoring student progress.
Responsibilities
- Supervise students during school and extracurricular activities, maintaining a safe and supportive environment
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, grading, and other administrative tasks
- Monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and reporting concerns to teachers
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting positive relationships and self-esteem
- Assist with classroom inventory, ensuring that materials and resources are up-to-date and readily available
- Perform other duties as assigned by school administration
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A high school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationSalary
The salary for this position is estimated at $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
