Dasmesh School Winnipeg Inc. is seeking an experienced Reading Clinician to join our team in providing exceptional educational support services to students.
About the RoleThis rewarding position involves working closely with students, teachers, and parents to promote academic achievement and social development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to address students' reading needs
- Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and adjust instruction accordingly
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate reading strategies into classroom instruction
- Provide one-on-one tutoring and small group instruction to students requiring extra support
- Lead workshops and training sessions for teachers and staff on best practices in reading instruction
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Strong knowledge of literacy strategies and instructional techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year
