Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Manager to join our Strategy, Insights & Digital team. As Executive Director of Strategic Insights, you will be responsible for growing our research business, delivering exceptional client service, and producing high-quality research. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in research and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Further develop and expand our research service offering to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Lead and deliver complex research projects, including qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research into all aspects of our business.
  • Position marketing research and insights as a key differentiator for our clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure their growth and development.
  • Consult with internal teams to inform strategy development and demonstrate the value of research.
Requirements
  • University degree in research or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of experience in research and insights, preferably in a communications or marketing environment.
  • A strong reputation in research and insights, with a history of delivering exceptional client service.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle diverse assignments with a broad portfolio of research work.
  • A strong network of contacts within research and insights.
Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
