The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in customer insights, analytics, and client delivery models. A strategic business analytics professional with strong critical thinking skills, able to analyze and draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations.

This leadership position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute national strategies that drive growth, risk management, and compliance. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader and facilitator who can effectively bring together teams to deliver innovative solutions.

You will be responsible for developing and leading the integration and application of risk management behaviors required to run a compliant and profitable business. Additionally, you will work closely with the Director of Risk and Regulatory initiatives, RT Professional Practice Group, and Client Experience and Professional Development teams.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. This figure is based on industry standards and job market conditions.
