We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts, driving growth and expansion through comprehensive strategies across digital, retail, and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote sub-prime lending
  • Lead campaign planning, execution, and analysis across various channels
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with partners in retail, compliance, and product teams to understand objectives and develop strategies
  • Establish relationships with strategic marketing partners to expand customer reach and optimize partnership mix
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Budget management: Develop, manage, and optimize marketing spend to drive positive business results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with experience in money service businesses/sub-prime lending
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing, retail marketing, and traditional marketing strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media, and analytics tools
