About the Role

Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work independently with adult clients in their home settings on a face-to-face basis and virtual sessions.

We are looking for a professional who can provide assessments, design care plans, and partner with family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to achieve our clients' goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments in a home setting using standardized assessment tools
  • Design care plans using evidence-based information and clinical expertise
  • Work with clients and their support networks to set and achieve goals
  • Participate in interprofessional collaboration to coordinate care

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current active registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
