As a Physiotherapist with VHA, you will be responsible for providing consultation, assessment, and planned interventions for various client groups across Southern Ontario and the Capital region. You will work within a continuous quality improvement framework that reflects VHA's vision and mission of services.

You will assess clients using interviews, standardized, and informal assessment techniques in accordance with professional practice guidelines and standards established by VHA. Additionally, you will prepare statistical records of client care and related activities as required by VHA, the Ministry of Health, and other agencies.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Baccalaureate or Masters degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized school of physiotherapy.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in the community.
  • Clinical expertise to provide a variety of physiotherapy interventions.
  • Knowledge of community care requirements and resources available.

VHA offers competitive compensation, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a benefits and pension plan for permanent eligible employees.
