Job Title: Community Physiotherapist

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physiotherapy consultation, assessment, and planned interventions for diverse client groups referred through VHA Rehab Solutions and Champlain Rehab Solutions. This role requires a commitment to continuous quality improvement, reflecting VHA's vision and mission of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients using interviews, standardized, and informal assessment techniques in accordance with professional practice guidelines and standards established by VHA.
  • Prepare statistical records of client care and related activities as required by VHA, the Ministry of Health, and other agencies.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Baccalaureate or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized school of physiotherapy.
  • A minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably in the community.
  • Clinical expertise to provide a variety of physiotherapy interventions.
  • Knowledge of community care requirements and resources available.
