Recruitment Officer

SP Manpower Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the position
- Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
- Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
- Provide information or services such as employee assistance, counseling, and recognition programs
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment and staffing principles and practices.
Work EnvironmentThe successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential.
