About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at GTA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our staffing team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and developing strategies to meet them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Analyze business needs and develop recruitment plans to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Application Management: Screen and evaluate candidate applications, ensuring that only the most qualified candidates are presented to hiring managers.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular recruitment metrics and analytics to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
