Job Summary:The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants. The successful candidate will also advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, review candidate inventories, and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.

- Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
- Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, and co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers, and advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, and supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
- Recruit and hire staff, and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
- MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, flexibility, and reliability.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team at GTA Recruitment Group.
