GTA Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants. You will also advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, review candidate inventories, and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews. Additionally, you will recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, and notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers. You will also advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, determine eligibility to entitlements, and arrange staff training. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

* College/CEGEP education
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
