Job Description:Talent Acquisition Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Developer to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing business relationships with industrial clients and identifying top talent to meet their needs.

Your responsibilities will include finding and meeting candidates, prospecting new customers, maintaining customer loyalty, and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with our industrial clients to understand their requirements and provide them with tailored recruitment solutions.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through comprehensive training programs and professional development initiatives.
