Overview:
As a Junior Recruiter you will play a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of recruitment activities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about talent acquisition and eager to grow in a fast-paced and evolving organization.

**Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Ensure a compelling and accurate job posting (advertisement) for all positions
- Assist with the preparation of job descriptions, when necessary
- Be a knowledgeable talent advisor
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
- Develop compelling offers to join Konica Minolta through collaboration with Human Resources and Hiring Managers
- Drive acceptance of offers through persuasion and selling skill

Data-Driven Decision Making**:
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records
- Use real-time data and metrics to improve your results
- Develop goals based on past performance and industry benchmarks
- Understand the legal landscape around recruitment and hiring, ensure compliance at all times
- Deliver results for multiple projects and deadlines, as needed

Employer Branding**:
- Contribute to building and promoting the company's employer brand.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and initiatives.- ** Recrutement**:

- Comprendre le paysage juridique du recrutement et de l'embauche, assurer la conformité en tout temps.
- Obtenir des résultats pour plusieurs projets et délais, au besoin.
**4. Marque Employeur**:
- Contribuer à la construction et à la promotion de la marque employeur de l'entreprise.
- Aider à l'organisation d'événements et d'initiatives de recrutement.
Qualifications:
- Honor’s bachelor’s degree in business or liberal arts
- 1-2 years of customer-facing work experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience working with enterprise-level business systems such as ERPs, ATSs, or CRMs
- Build and maintain professional relationships with company managers
- Juggle multiple projects, tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines as needed.
- High learning agility to be able to develop deep understanding of recruitment methodology, legal issues, and organizational psychology through a mixture of on-the-job training, traditional adult learning, and industry events.- Baccalauréat en commerce ou en arts libéraux

- Solides compétences en organisation et en multitâches.

- Expérience de travail avec des systèmes d'entreprise de niveau entreprise tels que les ERP, les ATS ou les CRM.
- Établir et entretenir des relations professionnelles avec les responsables de l'entreprise.
- Jongler avec plusieurs projets, tâches, responsabilités et délais au besoin.
- Grande agilité d'apprentissage pour être en mesure de développer une compréhension approfondie de la méthodologie de recrutement, des questions juridiques et de la psychologie organisationnelle grâce à un mélange de formation sur le tas, d'apprentissage des adultes et d'événements de l'industrie.
