About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Arctic Immigration. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant staff members
    • Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Administrative Support
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
    • Organize and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
    • Perform data entry tasks as required
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week
