About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Arctic Immigration. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in scheduling and coordinating appointments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and internal stakeholders
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to clients and internal stakeholders
    • Respond to electronic enquiries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Administrative Support
    • Oversee the development and implementation of communication strategies to ensure seamless client experience
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
    • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
    • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Permanent work term
  • Work language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
