About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at B & T Produce Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Manage Office Operations
    • Direct and control daily office activities to ensure efficient workflow
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation
  • Provide Administrative Support
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to facilitate effective communication
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized office environment
  • Manage Schedules and Appointments
    • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings and events
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to maintain effective communication
  • Perform Data Entry and Bookkeeping Tasks
    • Perform data entry to maintain accurate records and reports
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
  • Provide Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week
