We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at B & T Produce Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and Manage Office Operations
- Direct and control daily office activities to ensure efficient workflow
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation
- Provide Administrative Support
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team to facilitate effective communication
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized office environment
- Manage Schedules and Appointments
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings and events
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to maintain effective communication
- Perform Data Entry and Bookkeeping Tasks
- Perform data entry to maintain accurate records and reports
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Provide Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
- Language
- Fluency in English
- Work Hours
- 35 hours per week
