About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Appointment Secretary to join our team at Arctic Immigration. As an Appointment Secretary, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by scheduling and confirming appointments, managing communication strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and staff.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Technology and Data Entry: Proficiently use MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, to perform data entry, create reports, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
