  • Lead and support sales team members to achieve sales targets and enhance work organization.

  • Coordinate customers' technical and non-technical issues to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales and review sales contracts to ensure accuracy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, both written and over the phone, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in the preparation of sales and marketing materials to support business growth.
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business success.

Requirements

  • Ability to make decisions independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Excellent knowledge of English due to documentation and communication with customers who are primarily outside Quebec.
  • Acceptable written and spoken French.
  • Technical and business awareness, with the ability to learn new products and technologies independently.
  • Excellent management skills to lead and motivate the sales team.

Knowledge of other languages and software programming skills are considered advantages, but not required.
