Job Overview: In the role of Senior Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling our premium merchandise while upholding the highest standards of customer service. Your responsibilities will encompass not only sales transactions but also various operational tasks as designated by the management team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with company expectations.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels on the sales floor.
  • Ensure a visually appealing presentation and uphold store cleanliness.
  • Adhere to loss prevention protocols to minimize discrepancies.
  • Understand sales strategies and store performance metrics.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Organize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Engage in team and staff meetings as required.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES
  • Enhance sales opportunities in accordance with customer service standards.
  • Develop a loyal customer base through effective service and data collection.
  • Stay updated on products, promotions, and events to assist customers effectively.
  • Create a welcoming in-store atmosphere and treat all customers with respect.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Efficiently manage time and prioritize responsibilities.
PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Represent the PVH brand with professionalism in appearance and conduct.
  • Be flexible with scheduling as determined by management.
  • Communicate any issues or concerns to the management team.
  • Assist in training new sales associates.
  • Foster a respectful workplace among colleagues and supervisors.
  • Support company and management directives.
  • Adapt to varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
OPERATIONAL DUTIES
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Oversee the sales floor and backroom to prevent losses and report any suspicious activities.
  • Complete daily opening and closing procedures as instructed by management.
  • Manage all cash transactions, including refunds and drawer reconciliations.
  • Ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.
MERCHANDISING AND VISUAL PRESENTATION DUTIES:
  • Ensure consistent product replenishment on the sales floor.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Execute markdowns and re-merchandise as necessary.
  • Keep displays, fixtures, and overall store appearance clean and appealing.
