Sales Director

At Structube, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to drive revenue growth and lead our sales teams to success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our company's objectives.

- Forecast sales performance and ensure that sales teams in stores and online meet their targets;
- Monitor sales data and make informed decisions to adjust strategies and improve sales performance;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales strategies align with other business functions;
- Manage the sales budget and ensure that sales activities are cost-effective and contribute to the company's profitability;
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives;
- Develop sales training programs to help sales teams achieve their goals;
- Travel across the country to Structube's stores to build sales strategies and ensure their execution.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, accounting, or a relevant field;
- Graduate university degree or an MBA, an asset;
- At least 10 years of experience in the retail industry and sales management;
- Mandatory bilingualism (proficiency in oral and written French and English);
- Ability to manage several projects at once and have a great sense of organization;
- Ability to manage organizational change and have good adaptability;
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team and collaborate with several departments.
