  • Manage a team to provide exceptional support to our user community, resolving system, process, and data-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with Technology leadership to identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce to improve business processes and drive organizational success.
  • Oversee all Salesforce administrative functions, including user account maintenance, workflows, reports, and dashboards, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
  • Direct the assessment, scope, and execution of new development projects within the planned project portfolio and timelines, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of changes to our Salesforce and related solutions, ensuring adherence to change control protocols and maintaining existing functionality and data integrity.
