Mobile Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobile Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Senior Watch. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a variety of settings.
About the RoleThis position involves providing mobile healthcare services to patients in their homes or other locations. As a Mobile Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, conducting routine assessments, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide mobile healthcare services to patients in their homes or other locations, as needed.
- Conduct routine assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and document findings accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet patients' unique needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and care plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- A Foot Care Certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and other software applications used in a healthcare setting.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $35 per hour, based on industry standards and your level of experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
