We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team at Inspiretci. The ideal candidate will be working in a fast-paced production office environment and will report to the Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery scheduling.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks, MS Office, and WMS.
  • Ensure all prepared shipments are properly identified and moved to the dock area for pickup.
  • Operate material handling equipment in accordance with work instructions.
  • Verify stock locations and accuracy.
  • Stop order packing or shipment if quality issues are found.
  • Maintain communication with the Inventory and Shipping Supervisor.
  • Support team members and customers during holiday periods and sickness.
  • Implement and maintain 5S standards.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a production environment.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Advanced computer and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new company-provided software.
