About the Role

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead our real estate development projects in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership, and real estate development.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion
  • Overseeing the design, approval, and implementation of projects to ensure they meet financial goals
  • Serving as the liaison with municipal staff and politicians to secure necessary permits and approvals
  • Leading initiatives to engage with the public and represent the company in dealings with municipal stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate development, preferably in multi-family residential and commercial projects
  • Proven leadership abilities with a strong history of team management
  • Specific experience with high-rise mixed-use developments
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $140,000 and $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include extended health care and bonus opportunities.
