Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY SANDWICHES & SALADS. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities
Lead and direct the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffProvide on-the-job training and coaching to our staff members, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
Quality ControlMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that our products meet customer expectations.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and satisfied.
Reporting and Record-KeepingPrepare and submit accurate reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, maintaining detailed records of our operations.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work SettingExperience working in a fast-paced food service environment is essential.
Physical DemandsAbility to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk as required.
Personal QualitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and team collaboration.
Work EnvironmentOur restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to rest and recharge.
