Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products
- Operations and Administration
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Team Management
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
