  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products
  • Operations and Administration
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts
Working Conditions

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires standing for extended periods and attention to detail.
