Train and Develop StaffThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing our food service staff, including providing guidance on food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as coaching and mentoring staff to improve their performance.
Manage Food and SuppliesThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing our food and supplies, including ordering and inventory management. This will involve ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand and that we are operating within our budget.

Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
The successful candidate will require a secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum qualification.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsThe successful candidate will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications- Post-Secondary Education in a Related Field
Post-secondary education in a related field, such as hospitality or food service management, is an asset.
Experience in a Food Service EnvironmentExperience in a food service environment, including supervisory or management experience, is an asset.
Knowledge of Inventory Management and ControlKnowledge of inventory management and control, including the ability to manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records, is an asset.
