Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Absolute Laser Manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order new materials as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and make reservations.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
