Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at NS CHAUHAN TRUCKING LTD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Consultation: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- Mail and Distribution: Open and distribute mail and other materials.
- Daily Operations: Plan and organize daily operations.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Reception: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Recruitment: Provide customer service. Recruit and hire staff.
