Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Memorable Maids Ltd.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards.
Job Responsibilities- Manage office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment;
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity;
- Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain company vehicles;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A high school diploma or equivalent; and
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
