About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing & CRM Lead to join our team at Valtech. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with our clients' digital strategies
  • Design and implement lead nurturing campaigns to drive conversions and revenue
  • Set up and integrate CRM systems, including Salesforce, Klaviyo, and Hubspot
  • Develop and implement progressive profiling strategies to gather valuable customer data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM management
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in CRM setup and integration, including Salesforce, Klaviyo, and Hubspot
  • Deep understanding of inbound methodology and buyer personas
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
