Job Summary:
A Game Marketing Strategist is required to lead our marketing initiatives and oversee the execution of successful campaigns for video games. This role involves defining strategy, planning, and implementing digital marketing initiatives with internal teams and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the intake, planning, and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content production, campaigns, website updates, and email marketing.
* Analyze and report on market trends and campaign performance, metrics, and insights.
* Manage project schedules for digital paid media and content programs.
* Develop engaging text, image, and video content for our communities (social posts, release notes, newsletters, surveys, etc.).
* Collaborate with graphic designers in the creation of visual content (e.g., images, videos, press kits, and business proposals).
* Coordinate submissions and logistics to attend festivals and conferences.

Qualifications:
* 3+ years experience in video game marketing with a marketing, communications, or business degree (or equivalent work experience).
* Exemplary leadership skills, fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication.
* A proven track record in overseeing and executing successful marketing campaigns (as a Marketing Director or Community Manager) for video games.
* Ability to be highly organized, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
* Solid knowledge of the gaming community in various channels such as Steam, Discord, Reddit, TikTok, etc.

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum
