  • Develop strategic, on-brand content across email, social, influencer marketing, and paid ads channels.
  • Stay ahead of the curve in fashion marketing trends, identifying opportunities for client growth and success.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure strategic alignment and execution of your vision.
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding all aspects of their strategy to ensure their goals are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Create month-end analytics reports for clients to assess performance and provide actionable insights for ongoing growth.

About You:

We're looking for a motivated and creative individual with 3+ years of experience in marketing and e-commerce, specifically for fashion brands. You should have strong writing skills, a deep understanding of digital trends and consumer behavior, and proven experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization.

Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in marketing, with 2+ years in e-commerce, specifically for fashion brands.
  • Strong writing skills, capable of producing brand-aligned, engaging, and conversion-driven content.
  • Deep understanding of digital trends and consumer behavior across platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok).
  • Proven experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
  • Fashion marketing diploma or certificate is an asset.

The Loft — Fashion Marketing Agency offers a dynamic work environment with a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year, bonus pay, flexible schedule, wellness program, and work-from-home options.
